I'm still here! Just quiet. I do a combo of ripped classes and turbo kick classes, usually 4-5 times a week. My diet could be cleaner but I'm working on it. This morning when I weighed in, the scale said 157.4! I've lost 15.8 pounds in 3.5 months! I'm also at my prepreg weight which makes me happy. I still have a lot of work to do!
I'm feeling much more energetic these days! These comparison pics aren't very good but they're the best I could do on my phone.
