20 pounds!

I've lost 20 pounds since I started this fitness journey! Well almost. I started at 173.2 and weighed in at 153.8 this morning. Close enough though! I'd been stuck at 157 for the last month but the scale finally started showing a loss the last few days. Not sure how I broke the plateau, I just kept what I was doing!
