Hi, I'm Sarah and this blog will be dedicated to following my journey into becoming a healthier person in 2013.
I'm a mom of two boys, the most recent born in December 2012. Having kids has motivated me to do something about my muffin top, love handles, saddlebags, you get the idea.
My goal is to be fit and healthy, and be able to run and jump around with my kids. I want to be able to take them to the beach without having a panic attack about wearing a bathing suit. I want to be able to keep up when we run around and play at the park. I've been out of shape for quite awhile, so I have my work cut out. But, I'm determined to do it. The only way to improve is work at it!
So I hope having this blog will keep me accountable. I plan on posting 1-2 times a week, weighing in once a week and posting a picture update once a month.
