Today is the day after the first workout. I'm feeling really good! I'm definitely sore all over, but it's not so bad that I can't walk. I remember when I belonged to the local gym years ago, and had a personal trainer for a short period of time. That guy pushed me so hard I could barely walk the next day. It didn't leave me looking forward to the next workout session! I feel like this time I pushed myself, and while I am sore, I am not too sore to not work out again tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it!
