This first weigh in is a doozy. I can't believe I let myself go this bad. Having two kids in two years didn't help, but make no bones about it I had become chunky and lazy a few years before kids. But the only way to go is up! I'm excited to see where I will be in a month, six months, a year.
But anyway. I worked out today for the first time in about two years. I took a R.I.P.P.E.D. class at the local YMCA with a girlfriend of mine. And it was tough! But afterwards I felt so energized it was amazing! I plan on going again on Monday.
I'm not sure if I'm going to regret this or not, but below is my starting picture. I took a picture with my bare belly showing, but I'm not quite ready to show that to the world yet. As you can see, I definitely have many areas to improve. And, drumroll please, my starting weight is...

Gulp.
There's not much else to say except seeing that number motivates me to do better.
