Well, the first weigh in didn't go as well as I had hoped. Yesterday I weighed in at 172.6. So a loss, but not as much as I was hoping! I'll take it though. It was a rough week though, so I only worked out on that Saturday and Thursday. But everything seems to be running smoothly again so I plan in being more active this week.
This morning I signed up at the YMCA (I had been using Angie's guest pass) and I used the elliptical, which was kind of hard! I only did 2 miles but I can only go up from there.
I'm really excited to be able to work out every day 😃
